One application for all vendors selling or displaying at Hibbing Speedway events. Approval is at the sole discretion of Braun Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Hibbing Speedway and subject to available space. A $250 vending fee applies only if your application is approved — do not send payment with this application; you will be invoiced upon approval.

4. City of Hibbing Peddler / Transient Merchant Permit

The City of Hibbing requires a Peddler / Transient Merchant permit for vendors without a permanent storefront in the City. You obtain this directly from the City — the track does not file it for you. 5. Insurance (Certificate of Insurance)

Commercial General Liability, minimum $1,000,000. The certificate holder / additional insured must be named verbatim:

Instruct your insurance agent to use exactly that name. A COI naming anything else (“Hibbing Speedway” alone, etc.) is not acceptable.

6. Intellectual Property / No-Infringement

I understand and agree that Braun Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Hibbing Speedway is the owner of the intellectual property used for its racing events and the Hibbing Speedway name. As a condition of vending, I agree that I will NOT produce, sell, offer for sale, display, or use in any marketing or merchandise: (a) the Hibbing Speedway name, logos, or brands; (b) the name of any event held at Hibbing Speedway, including but not limited to the “Labor Day Shootout,” “Iron Man Invitational,” “Hot Dish Nationals,” “School Bus Bash,” “Fall into Chaos,” “Super Enduro,” “Memorial Day Shootout,” “Iron Range Rumble,” and any other current or future event name; (c) any reference to, depiction of, or results from any Hibbing Speedway event; without the prior WRITTEN authorization of Braun Holdings, Inc. d/b/a Hibbing Speedway. I understand any such merchandise or materials are prohibited and may be removed, and that violation may result in denial or revocation of vending privileges.

7. Vending Fee & Terms
