Submit Driver Photos

By submitting, I grant Hibbing Speedway (Braun Holdings, Inc.) and its assigns a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, edit, publish, and display the photograph(s) I submit, together with my name, car number, and likeness, in any media now known or later developed — including event flyers, social media, websites, advertising, and other promotional materials — without further compensation, notice, or approval. I represent that I am the owner of the photograph(s) or have full authority to grant this license, that the photo(s) do not infringe any third party's rights, and that any identifiable people in the photo(s) have consented to this use. I release Hibbing Speedway from any claims arising from the use of the photo(s), name, or likeness as described. I am 18 or older (or a parent/guardian submitting on behalf of a minor).
